Letter saying I won a prize but it didn't feel right

I got a letter saying I won a sweepstakes prize from Underdog Fantasy Sports. It had their website and an email [email protected] and a phone number 1(205) 218-2523. The address on it was 2906 Hunter Ridge rd, Birmingham, AL 35211.

I sent them $1500 because they said I had to pay something first to get the prize. That was the money I lost. I never got anything back from them. No prize ever showed up.

Then I noticed it's the same winners over and over in their contests. That didn't make sense to me. Felt strange after I sent the money. I called that number a few times but no reply.
