Getting constant loan approval calls from numbers that keep changing

I keep getting calls saying I am approved for a loan. The message is always the same and the last four numbers are 3793 and 3781. I've told them to put me on the do not call list but it doesn't stop anything.

From March 4th to the 6th I got six calls from different numbers. I add each one to my block list and then more calls come through. The message says it's coming from underwriting but never says a company name. I never applied for any type of loan.
