Kept getting a weird loan approval voicemail I never asked for.

I got this voicemail left in my inbox. It was a message saying that underwriting had approved me for a loan. I never applied for any loan. The call came from (866) 959-1526.

It just kept happening, the same voicemail. I don't know who it's really from or what they want. It felt off because I didn't sign up for anything. There's no company name or anything, just this phone number and a message about a loan approval I never asked for.
