Social media ad for a product that didn't work and charged a hidden fee
I contacted their support and they basically made me feel like I was too dumb to use it. I asked them to send me written instructions or a video and they said they didn't have anything like that to give me right now.
Then I noticed they charged me a "subscription fee" even though I never signed up for any subscription. I looked back at the emailed receipt and way at the bottom in tiny almost white print it says after 28 days you get charged a membership fee. Total I lost about 51 dollars.
