Makeup brand asked me to be ambassador but never sent my order

I’m a beginner makeup artist and this brand reached out to me saying they wanted me to be a brand ambassador. Sounded legit at first so I went through their website and placed an order like they said was a requirement. I paid $7 for the product.

That was a couple months ago and I never got my order. Now when I try to check on it they either deleted their account or blocked me. Can’t get ahold of them at all. No tracking number, no reply, nothing. Just out the money and feeling stupid for trusting them.
