Ordered weight loss patches but got sent a totally different fake product

I saw an ad for weight loss patches and ordered from UNITADLVWIP.COM. The phone number listed is (989) 682-2410 and the email is [email protected]. I paid $30 for them.

What they sent me was totally different. It wasn't the product I ordered at all. I opened one box and actually got two boxes of this fake stuff. I've since gotten rid of it.

I contacted them about it. They advertise a 180-day money-back guarantee. But when I emailed, they said they wouldn't do anything. Then they said they could only give me $50 back, not the full $100? I only paid $30. I said no, I want all my money back or I'll have to file fraud with my credit card. They just wouldn't help.
