Got a call about my car warranty I never bought

I got this message telling me to call 1-833-330-5441 with my VIN number and mileage before April 29th. They said I haven't contacted them about mechanical coverage on a vehicle I purchased recently. I don't even remember buying any extra warranty.

The notice said I'm at risk of being financially liable for repairs after the factory warranty expires. They made it sound urgent like I still have time to activate coverage but it's almost too late. The address they gave is 733 crown industrial Court suite A, Chesterfield, MO 63005. Paul Frederick is the program coordinator.

They said final acceptance depends on eligibility and they can revoke it if I don't meet their criteria. I'm supposed to call within 5 days. Felt off so I didn't call.
