Phone call about debt reduction with no service fee sounded off

Got a call from (503) 883-8938 about my credit card balance. I asked which card they were talking about and they said it wasn't about a credit card balance. Then they said they could reduce my debt payments and give a 0 APR rate for 3 years and cut the balance by 40 to 60%.

I asked what was in it for them and what the service fee was. They said there was no service fee. Then they just repeated their canned message about saving on the balance and 0 APR. They said the business name was United Client Services.

I googled it while on the phone and it said they were a scam. I read them the google search results before giving them any info. They hung up right away.
