Man called saying I have sealed legal documents from the courts

This guy named Daniel Watts keeps calling me. He says he works for United Delivery Service and has sealed legal documents that have to be delivered to me. He left a voicemail saying my phone call was a failed attempt and he would try to deliver them at 5:00 pm at my home address. Well no one showed up at 5:00 pm.

In the voicemail he says if these papers are not delivered it counts as a FGA attempt by the courts. He gave a case number 202639447 and a phone number 866-551-6044 to call about the case. I actually talked to him once before this voicemail and hung up on him. He tried to reach me three more times after that. Then he called my son and left a message on his voicemail about needing to serve me legal documents.
