Phone call from Mindy about a complaint with no real details

I got a call from a woman named Mindy saying she was from United Document Services. She asked if I was me, and I said yes. Then she said someone filed a complaint about me and it was urgent and I needed to take care of it right away.

She gave me an 888 number and a reference number and made me repeat them back to her. She said I should call right now and that they were waiting for my call. She was about to hang up but I stopped her and asked what company she worked for and what the 888 number was. She said United Document Services and that the company I needed to call was F. C. & Associates. I asked what kind of company that was and she said she already told me everything she could and by law she couldn't say anything else. So I just hung up.
