Robocalls pretending to be United Health Care using my business line

I keep getting calls from these people claiming to be United Health Care. So far I have logged 26 different telephone numbers they use. They have this really clever robo caller that pretends there is a problem with their computer.

The number they are calling is my business line. I have been with customers many times when they call and it interrupts my work. They just keep calling and calling. My only hope is if I complain to enough people maybe I can finally get the phone back that I pay for.
