Denial from United Healthcare for services I never used
They used my previous Member ID number for medical supplies, $6,779 worth. I have no idea how they got that old ID. My ID number was stolen.
Now I'm dealing with a denial for something I never even asked for.
Health statement showing a claim from a company I never used
I have not had any services provided by this provider at all. So why am I getting a statement saying a claim was made? It just doesn't make any sense to me. I wanted to get this on record because I didn't ask for this and I haven't been to any new doctors or places.
EOB from United Healthcare for supplies I never got
The address on the paperwork is 811 S Central Expy Ste 414 in Richardson, TX. I never ordered any medical supplies from anyone. I didn't lose any money over this but it's just weird getting this out of nowhere. I wanted to make sure this wasn't going to mess with anything on my end.
Phone call about health benefits with a bad AI voice
Right away I knew it was a scam because the voice was obviously AI. It kept trying to say my name but couldn’t pronounce it right. My name is Asian so it was really obvious. They called from (651) 273-0795 and said they were in Twin Cities, MN.
I didn’t lose any money but it was just weird. They didn’t even try to sound real.
Letter saying Robert owed $15,880 for services after he died
Only problem is Robert passed away on January 16, 2026. He never got any equipment from them. He didn't even have any kind of ailment that would need that equipment.
Just doesn't make sense how they can send something like that.
False medical claim I never made showed up on my account
Voicemail about a prescription from someone claiming to be United Healthcare
I have a prescription that’s waiting on UHC approval right now, so I gave her my date of birth. She spoke really broken English but she knew my prescription and which pharmacy I use. She put me on hold saying she was calling the pharmacy, then came back and told me my Rx was ready to pick up.
Later that day I went to pick up a different prescription and asked the pharmacy about the call from United Healthcare. They said no one from UHC ever called them. So I have no idea who I was actually talking to or why they wanted my DOB.
Got a fake winning email with United Healthcare logo
There were two links to click in the email. The whole thing felt off because the email looked cheap and I don't even have insurance with United Health. I didn't click any of the links. There was an unsubscribe link too, but I didn't touch that either. It just seemed like a scam.
