Phone call saying civil complaint filed against me in Lane County

I got a call from someone named Stacy saying she was with United Legal. She said there was a pending civil complaint against me scheduled for filing out of Lane County. She said I didn't respond to some 30-day notice they mailed.

She told me to call 844-688-0217 with a file number she gave me, six one two five eighty two. She said if I didn't call today a legal decision would be made without my consent. It felt really urgent and weird.

I don't know what this is about. I never got any notice in the mail. The whole thing just didn't make sense.
