Paid for passport replacement and still had to pay again at the post office

I was completely ripped off when trying to replace my lost passport. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THEM!! ITS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! This is NOT a government website.

They made me think I was paying all the fees upfront. But thats not the case at all. You will have to pay the full price for the passport once you go to the post office anyway. I lost $183.55.

Terrible customer service and a complete fraud.
