Ordered a cotton shirt but got a cheap nylon one

I bought a T-shirt from United Patriotic CLO. The picture showed it was cotton, but what I got was this shiny nylon material. It feels nothing like what was advertised. Plus it had Til Valhalla Project printed on the sleeve, and I know they are not connected to that group at all.

I looked up the addresses they have listed. One is 948 S. Elder Rd. in Dallas, TX and it does not exist. The other one is 5215 S. Boyle Ave in Vernon, CA 90058. I sent an email to [email protected] asking for a refund but nobody got back to me. I lost $24.95 on this.
