Phone call about a property complaint with no company name given

Got a call today. They said my name was Jordan and gave some reference number 26 dash 003 369. Something about a property complaint at some address on ******* Drive.

They said it was a final notice and they were gonna try to serve me twice with a notice of action. Said I needed to call 855-801-5708 to talk to the legal office or whatever. Honestly it didn't make sense. No company name on the caller ID really. Just felt off.
