Ordered items online and now they want more money for fees

I ordered some items from www.unitedshippingpackages.com and everything seemed fine at first. Then they sent me to some "shipping partners" and told me I had to pay $158.65 for a restricted stamp. So I paid that.

Now they are telling me I have to pay another $327.10 for a discharge fee. That’s where I stopped because something feels off. I don’t know what’s going on but I’m not paying anymore. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number on file is 1(706) 401-5177.
