Ordered a product online and got sent a fake tracking number

I saw an ad for this product on Facebook and clicked through to the website, unitedpethome.com. I placed an order and paid over $350. They sent me a USPS tracking number, but when I checked it, it showed the package was delivered to a completely different address in another state.

I emailed their support at [email protected] about it. They replied saying it was a glitch in their system and they sent the wrong tracking info by mistake. They said they'd send the correct tracking when they had it. They never did.

I checked back later and then they said the item was held up in customs. I tried following up again a few weeks after that and got no reply at all. Nothing ever came and I'm out the money.
