Job offer for a hospital contract with no company name on the letter

I got a job offer from them saying I applied on Indeed. They said I would be working at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Florida. The start date is May 11th and the contract ends August 7th, they said it’s a 13 week thing.

They had a website Unityprostaffing.com and an email [email protected]. The address they gave is 100 W Pratt St in Baltimore. I didn’t lose much money, only like 29 cents or something. But the whole thing felt off. The phone number they used was (347) 719-3030. I never got any proof of the job or a real company name on the paperwork.
