They kept saying it was no obligation and I should call them back at 771-247-4373 to check my options for lower payments or waivers. It felt really pushy and weird. I didn't ask for this and I don't even know who these people are. I didn't lose any money but it just seemed like a scam.

They said they know this is stressful but the review is simple and only takes a few minutes. Then they said many people qualify for lower payment options or account adjustments depending on filing status. They wanted me to call back right away at that number.
I never asked anyone to review my accounts. I don't even know who these people are. They didn't say what company they were with exactly or what tax year this was about. It just felt off. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report it.
