Company took money from my checking account without my permission

I got a notification that my checking account was debited for $89.97. I did not approve this charge. I never authorized this company to take any money from me.

The charge is for an online purchase, but I didn't buy anything from them. I don't even know who they are. The phone number listed is (000) 000-0000 and an address in Van Nuys, CA. That's all I have. They just took the money.

Getting random USB wires in the mail I never ordered.

I got a USB wire in the mail that I didn't order. This is the second time this has happened in the last six months. The package had a return address of 54 Commerce Drive in Ruckersville, Virginia. I don't know who sent it or why. It just shows up. I never bought anything from them.

Ordered something online and never got it, lost $50

I placed an order online for a product. I paid $50 for it. The money came out of my account just fine.

But I never got the product. It never showed up. I tried to find a way to contact them about it. There's no real website, no customer service number, nothing to get ahold of.

It's been a while now and there's still nothing. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.
