Loan company in KY keeps calling me every day

I have been called by a loan company in KY at 502-390-8361. Every day for the last month and a half, often twice a day. They keep rotating numbers so what I block and report as spam has no impact.

I installed spam blocks on T-Mobile but it doesn't matter. Now I am filing complaints with this site, FCC, and SEC because the calls just won't stop. They do not and will not give out the company name. They just say they are the business credit team. When I call and ask for the company name multiple times they hang up.
