Multiple calls every single day about a loan I never applied for

Every day. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I get at least two calls. They come from different numbers every time, and they use different names too — except sometimes they’ll use the same name for two or three calls, then it changes again.

All the voicemails are about a personal loan I never applied for. They mention a specific dollar amount and a payment amount. The callback number is always different from the number that called me. I’ve avoided answering. I’ve deleted and reported spam. I’ve blocked and reported junk. I got on the do not call list. I even opted out of prescreened financial offers.

I’m at my wits end. I have over 170 deleted voicemails since mid-February. I have screenshots of most of them showing all the different days, times, numbers from, and callback numbers.
