Voicemail saying a complaint was filed against me with no company name

I got a voicemail left on my phone yesterday from someone. The caller ID showed (405) 389-4933. The message was for Deborah Ware and mentioned a complaint number and said a complaint was being filed in their office. They said documents are being prepared to be sent out and I need to be available to sign for them.

Then it said if they can't reach me at home they'll try my work to stop further action. Gave a number 877-671-9280 to call their legal department. They said the call was recorded. There was no company name in the message at all. I don't know who this is or what it's about. Feels like a debt collection scam but I'm not sure.
