Got a strange call about a car accident I didn't have
The thing is, I haven't been in any accident. Not last week, not ever. It felt really off. They made it sound urgent, but it's about something that never even happened.
I looked up the number and area, it's from Washington state. I don't know who this is or what they want. I didn't call back, but it was weird to get a message like that out of the blue.

Then they demanded $3500 right over the phone. They said she had to pay it to stop the litigation. It felt really off. The number was (616) 290-1588 and they said they were in Michigan. We didn't send any money.

The message felt off. I don't know what business they're talking about. The number has a Dayton, OH area code but I have no connection there. It just seems like a phishing attempt to get me to call back. I didn't lose any money, but it's an unwanted and suspicious contact.

They don't give any account information either. It's just this vague message about resolving an account. I have no idea what account they're talking about or what company is even calling. It just feels like a collections call from nowhere. I got the caller ID info saying it's from Philadelphia, PA, but that's it. No real identification.

Every time I block one number, they just call from a different one. It's the same people. One number was 1(607) 350-3255 and they said they were from NY, USA. They won't stop. I don't know what company it even is, but they won't leave me alone.
