Calls every day for a year about a loan I never applied for

This company or whoever they are keeps calling me from different numbers. It's been going on for about a year now. They claim I'm preapproved for a loan but I never applied for anything like that. I block the number and they just call from another one with a different name.

I finally answered one time to ask them to stop. I told them I'm on the do not call registry. They didn't care. They just tried to get me to pay for "insurance" to start the loan. A loan I never asked for. It's horrible and I feel like there's no way to make it stop.
