Got a weird voicemail using my name about a "matter" with an office

I got a voicemail from (716) 710-7968. The person on it used my name, which felt off right away. They said I have a “matter with my office that requires your statement at this time by the close of my business, 5 PM Eastern."

Then they said, "If you'd like to address it before recommendations. Or decisions are made. Return the call." The way it was worded was just strange and pushy, talking about recommendations and decisions. I don't know what "office" they're even talking about. I never signed up for anything from them. I didn't lose any money, but the call was definitely phishing. They had my name and everything.
