Getting constant scam calls about taxes every single day

I keep getting this call over and over, multiple times a day. It's from different numbers, but it's the same thing. It's about tax collection. I block every single number they use and tell them to remove me, but it doesn't stop anything.

My number has been on the Do Not Call Registry for years. It doesn't matter. They just keep calling from new numbers. It's non-stop and it's really frustrating. I get this call numerous times per day, no matter what I do.
