Phone call from Virginia number threatening to send someone to my house

Got a call from this number (804) 459-8783. Guy said he was from the State of Virginia. Said they were going to send a dispatcher to my address if I didn't do something. I don't even know what they wanted exactly it was all so confusing.

Didn't give a company name or anything. Just kept pushing about sending someone out. I hung up. No money lost but still. Felt really weird getting a threat like that out of nowhere.
