Keeps calling about a loan I never asked for

This company has repeatedly called me after I requested them to put me on the do not call list. They use several different phone numbers. They claim that I am eligible for a loan that I am "pre-qualified for". I told them to stop calling and they just keep calling from a different number. The number they used was (830) 457-9422 and they said they are in FL, USA. I never gave them any money but it's just annoying. They just keep calling.
