Phone call saying they were from Amazon about my account

Got a call from this number (980) 370-6552. Guy said he was with Amazon. Said there was something wrong with my account. I don't even know what he was talking about.

He wanted me to give him information. Sounded like a retail scam or something. I didn't give him anything. No money lost but still annoying getting calls like this. The number shows NC but who knows where they really are.
