Daily threatening calls about a payday loan I never took out

My husband and I both have been getting phone calls every single day for over two weeks now. They keep saying something about a payday loan from Bank of America that my husband supposedly took out back in 2017. He doesn't even bank there and never has.

They're threatening to file charges and take us to court over this supposed $700.00 debt. It's gotten to the point of harassment. I looked up the two numbers they called from, (409) 761-7631 and (743) 203-0234, and only two results came up. We already know it's a scam but they just keep calling.
