Post cards about my mortgage with no real company name

I got two urgent post cards in the mail from these people. Had my name, address, county, the name of my lender, and even the county record date on them. Both said it was urgent and that they would contact me soon.

Then they called and left a recorded message asking my age, if I had a co-owner, and a couple other questions. No idea who they really are. The return address on the cards is a PO Box in Jacksonville, FL 32255.

They didn't ask for money or anything yet but it felt strange. Like they had too much of my info already. Just wanted to put this out there.
