Phone calls about a supplement I never ordered and a fake tracking number

I keep getting these harassing phone calls from some company. They say I ordered "Memory Booster" from them and didn't pay. I never ordered anything like that. I don't even know who they are. I never got any supplements from them.

They told me I have a subscription that can't be cancelled unless I pay $199.98. They gave me a USPS tracking number but I checked it and it's not real. No matter what I say they keep demanding payment. They have a lot of my info too, like the last four digits of my credit card.

I already called my credit card company about it but I don't know how to make these calls stop.
