Getting constant calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting several calls a day from numbers I don't know. Every time, they leave a message and give a callback number. The number they want me to call back is (866) 959-0917.

I never applied for any loan. I have no idea why they're calling me. I can give all the details on every call I've gotten, the callback numbers they leave, and even the recording or transcript of the message. It's just non-stop.
