Phone call about an online purchase that never showed up

I got a call from some individual about a product I ordered online. They said it was on its way but it has been 1 month and 4 days now and nothing has arrived.

I paid $169 for it and I haven't gotten any tracking or anything. The person on the phone just said it would come but it didn't. No company name was given and I don't know who to call back. The address they had was somewhere in CA, USA but that's all I got.

I just want my money back or the product. This is ridiculous waiting this long for nothing.
