Card worked then they said my info didn't match

So I got this card and used it, everything was fine at first. Then they just went quiet and stopped answering, saying the info I entered didn't match which is not true because it did.

I spent weeks trying to get through to someone. Finally got a hold of them and they told me the account was suspended as of July 10. They gave me some crazy story about the company and said they would refund my program fee but then also said I need to pay back any credit I used. I'm like they have all my personal information so I lose no matter what.

No way I'm paying anything back. I just hung up on her and locked my credit file.
