Phone call saying they need to debit my card

I got a call from 1(943) 252-3112. The person said they needed to talk to me about debiting my card for a certain amount. They never said what company they were collecting for.

They also gave an email, [email protected]. I don't know who these people are. No company name was ever mentioned.

Calls about a debt discharged 20 years ago

This company keeps calling me about a debt that was already discharged in a bankruptcy filing over 20 years ago. It shouldn't even be on my record anymore.

They've also been calling and harassing my family members, which is not okay. I don't know how they got their numbers.

I just want them to stop.

Call saying they were coming to my work or home

I got a call from someone about a debt. They left the exact same message twice, saying they were going to come to my work or my home. It scared me. They never said who they were or what the debt was for. No company name, nothing.

Text about my dad’s record being in delinquency

My father got a text message out of nowhere. It said his record is in delinquency and his case will be escalated. That’s it. No other info. No company name. Just a number. The number was (855) 803-4795. The address they gave was in Denton, TX. I don’t know who these people are. My dad didn’t sign up for anything. It didn’t make sense. We didn’t lose any money or anything. But it felt off. No reply when we tried to ask. Just a weird text.

Someone called my mom claiming I owe a debt I don't have.

I got a call about a debt collection. The person who called said they were from some company, I didn't catch the name. They called my mother's number, not even mine.
