Facebook ad for Apple Watch faces took my money and nothing came

I saw an ad on Facebook for Apple Watch faces. It looked legit so I ordered one. Paid $29.99. That was a few weeks ago. Never got anything in the mail. No tracking number. No email. Nothing.

I tried to find the company name but there isnt one on the ad or the page I ordered from. Just a blank store front type thing. The charge shows up on my card but thats it. I feel stupid for falling for it but I just wanted a cool watch face. Now Im out the money and no watch face.
