They filed my insurance three times without my permission

I got scammed by this company. They filed my insurance three times. I don't know who they are or how they got my info.

I contacted my insurance about it but the scams still keep coming. It doesn't make sense. I told them I didn't ask for anything and they said they would look into it but nothing changed.

Still getting stuff from them. No company name on anything. Just a phone number I don't recognize.
