Instagram perfume seller sent fake tracking and won’t refund

So I bought perfume from this company on Instagram back on May 26. They sent me a FedEx tracking number but it was fake. I emailed them a bunch of times and they just keep giving me excuses like the product got lost in transit and asking me to give them my address again. It sounds crazy to me.

I asked for a refund a lot of times now. Nothing. No refund yet. I lost $30.
