Invoice for light bulbs I never ordered with my name spelled wrong

I got an emailed invoice on June 29, 2026 saying I owe $580 for light bulbs. I manage this business and I definitely did not order any light bulbs. Plus they spelled my name wrong on it and used the wrong business address.

So I called the number on the invoice and they told me I talked to someone on June 11 and authorized the purchase. That is just not true. I did get a phone call in June from somebody asking if they could send a cooler and a catalog, but I never said yes to any products or agreed to buy anything.

I looked this company up online and found a bunch of Google reviews from other businesses saying the same kind of thing happened to them. So I am not paying this invoice. I did not order anything and I am not responsible for this charge.
