Ad said handmade pottery from North Carolina but came from China

I saw an ad for handmade pottery honeybee watering cups. It said they were from North Carolina, so I thought it was a small local business. I ordered them and paid $114.

After I bought them I realized the seller was actually in China. The cups were not handmade and not from North Carolina at all. I feel like I got scammed. I never got what was advertised.
