Someone billed my husband’s insurance for equipment we never got
They had his insurance member number and his doctor’s name. They had other personal info too. It’s just weird. No one called us about it. I only found out because the insurance sent an explanation of benefits. The billing address they used was in Maryland.
I didn’t lose any money because the insurance didn’t pay it yet. But I don’t like that someone has all his info and is trying to use it like that.
