Medical claims filed for equipment we never ordered

I don’t know who this company is but they filed a bunch of claims with our insurance from January 2026 to May 2026 for medical equipment we never ordered. We didn’t ask for anything and nothing was ever delivered.

The insurance company denied all of them because we hadn’t met our deductible. Then my husband switched over to Medicare so I guess that stopped it. But nobody ever told us why they were filing those claims or who they were. It just felt weird.
