Mail about my Kia with a check and no real company name

I got a letter in the mail from some motor vehicle service company. It had my full name, my address, info about my new Kia, and even the name of the dealership I bought it from. The letter said I needed to act right away and there was a check inside that said “$199 Allocated Waiver.” It also had a Record ID number and told me to call and use that number.

Since the letter had all that specific info about my car and the dealer, I called the number they gave. The people on the phone were rude and disrespectful, just really unprofessional. It made me feel uncomfortable and I started wondering if this whole thing was even legit and how they got all my personal info in the first place.

I just want someone to look into this and figure out where they got my info and if that mail was misleading.
