Claim sent to my old insurance for services I never got

Some company sent a claim to my previous insurance company for services I do not remember getting. I tried calling them but I just got a voicemail. No one picked up or called me back. Then I saw your scam alert and it all made sense. No money lost but still feels weird they had my info.

Had to pay for a form request after financing a tractor

I financed a tractor not too long ago and everything was going fine until they told me I needed to pay for a form request. They said it was required or something but it didn't make sense to me. I already paid for the tractor financing so why do I gotta pay extra just for some form? I never heard of that before. They didn't explain it much just said I had to do it. No company name was on anything they sent me either so I don't even know who to call about it. Feels off.

Someone used my card to buy something I never ordered

I got a charge on my credit card for $2,625. I didn’t buy anything and I don’t even know what it was for. The address they had was 707 N. 43rd St in Philadelphia, PA 19104.

I never gave anyone my card info. It just showed up on my statement. I called my bank but they didn’t really tell me much. I have no idea who did this or what company it was.

Calls keep coming even after I asked to be removed from their list

I keep getting calls from this company. I went through the process of removing myself from their call list like 4 or 5 times now. They still call me. I asked to speak to a manager two times so far, and both times they just hung up on me. I don’t know how to make it stop and it’s really frustrating.

Email from someone pretending to be a lawyer about an estate

Got an email from someone saying they were a lawyer representing some estate. They said I was owed money from it. Sounded really fake honestly. No real details about the estate or anything.

The email had an address in Ontario Canada. No company name anywhere. Just some random person claiming to be a lawyer. I didn't lose any money cause I knew it was a scam. But still annoying getting stuff like this.

They were phishing trying to get info I think. Asking me to reply to claim the money. No way that was real.

Random text about a job I never applied for

I got a random text out of nowhere saying something about a job opportunity. I never applied for any job with them or even heard of the company. I just replied asking what it was about cause I was curious.

Then they started asking for personal information. Stuff like my full name and address and other things. That felt really off so I stopped responding. I don’t know who they were or what they wanted but it didn’t feel right. No company name was in the text either.
