Phone calls about going over my paperwork for a better rate

They keep calling me from different numbers. It's always a phone call and when they leave a voice mail there isn't a company name, just some random person's name with a financial institute. They say they've been "going over my paperwork" and they think they can get a better rate. They want me to call back quick and leave a dollar amount with "what they can get you approved for". They call countless times from multiple numbers. The number they called from this time was 1(301) 889-6944. The address they gave was Mobile, AL, USA.
