Letter about car warranty with no return address and just a phone number

Got a letter in the mail today. No company name on it. No return address either, just a postmark from Suquamish, WA. It says I need to claim my vehicle insurance before it runs out, and that their records show I haven't contacted them yet.

It goes on saying I could be financially liable for repairs after the factory warranty expires, but I still might have time to activate coverage. It says this might be their only attempt to contact me about my vehicle service contract. They mention my 2022 Subaru Outback by make and model. The only way to contact them is a phone number they gave, (888) 650-8044. No email, no website, nothing else. Feels like a phishing thing.

I got the same thing with the same phone number referencing my 2018 Toyota Corolla. Postmark with zipcode 23231 which is in VA (which is nowhere near me). Thanks for sharing this, I was pretty sure it was a scam I should ignore but this confirms it to me!
