Ad on Facebook led me to a phishing site and I lost money
I feel dumb for falling for it but the ad looked real enough. There was no company name on anything I could find after. I tried to look into it but there's no phone number or website that works. Just a fake ad and now my money is gone.
Ordered two hats online in January and never got them
I kept emailing them through May 2026. They just kept saying it was back ordered. Then the last time I tried to email them, my email wouldn't go through anymore. Said it didn't recognize their email address. I had no phone number or anything else to reach them. So I lost my money.
They took my money and now won't answer me
I tried reaching out a few times but nobody picks up or writes back. No email, no phone call back, nothing. Feels like they just disappeared with my cash. I don't know what else to do about it.
Mail saying West Virginia residents qualify for free funerals up to 35,000
It just felt off right away. Like who sends out mail about free funerals like that? It didn't make sense. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report this so nobody else falls for it. Please stop this scam.
Paid for something online and it never showed up
I contacted their support and they just say it’s in transit. But it’s been a while now. No tracking update or anything. Just the same answer every time.
Not sure what else to do.
Watched a video about a $500 prepaid card and got charged without permission
It sounded too good to be true but with the economy the way it is I figured $47 wasn't so bad for a $500 card. But when I completed the application I was immediately charged $97 on my credit card. Then another $36.23 and another $34.76 without my knowledge or authorization. I only found out because I got an email alert that my card was charged without me being there.
Total money lost $215. The address they gave was NY, NY USA. No company name on anything.
Strange charge for 39.99 on my card I didn't make
I called my bank and they said they couldn't help much. They told me to file a report. So here I am. Just want to know who charged my card and get my money back. It's not a lot but it's still my money.
Multiple voicemails with the same recording from different numbers
At first I thought maybe it was a wrong number or something. But then I got another one from a totally different number and it was the exact same message. It's been happening for a little while now. I haven't lost any money or anything but it's just weird and annoying.
